D&M Leasing is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate offices, dealerships, and affiliated companies in the Fort Worth and Dallas area. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates; coordinate interviews; and guide offers with hiring managers, building strong candidate pipelines for ongoing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing experience on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Experience using ATS for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, dealership, and affiliated roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities.
• Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build pipelines.
