Job summary

La La Land in Dallas is seeking a Field Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our growing markets, supporting hiring from Team Members to store leadership. This on-site role requires five days per week in the Dallas Support Center and involves managing offers, pre-employment, and onboarding handoff.

You'll partner with General Managers and operations leadership to build pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure accurate Paylocity records and I-9 compliance, while driving a

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting across hospitality/retail/multi-unit environments is a plus.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems; Paylocity experience is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions across multiple locations and markets.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while maintaining high hiring standards and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs and new store openings.
• Partner with General Managers, Area Managers, and operations leadership to understand hiring needs and set priorities.
• Coordinate and manage candidate movement through each stage of the process, including offers and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and employee information in Paylocity and related systems.
