PEPL seeks a Contract Recruiter in Norcross, GA to own full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, technology, operations, technical, and professional roles.

You will partner with hiring managers from shop floor to corporate, handling both hourly and salaried searches. This hands-on, high-volume role requires speed, accuracy, and strong relationship-building with candidates and leaders alike.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Proven success hiring for manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles, plus exposure to professional or corporate positions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with at least one applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday, ADP, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar).
• Clear, confident communication with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Aufgaben

• Full-cycle recruiting: Manage requisitions end to end, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding handoff.
• Diverse role portfolio: Recruit across manufacturing, engineering, technology, operations, technical, and professional roles.
• Hiring manager partnership: Run intake meetings, define requirements, and advise on market conditions and compensation.
• Proactive sourcing: Build pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and schools.
• Volume and specialized hiring: Balance high-volume hourly hiring with targeted searches for hard-to-fill roles.
• Candidate experience: Communicate promptly and transparently with candidates and represent the company well.
• Screening and assessment: Conduct screens, evaluate fit, and present shortlists with recommendations.
• Offers and closing: Extend offers, negotiate within ranges, coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps.
• ATS and data integrity: Keep the ATS accurate and report on pipeline health and source effectiveness.
• Events and outreach: Represent the company at career fairs, events, and campus visits as needed.
• Compliance: Follow EEO, OFCCP, and state/federal regulations throughout hiring process.
