Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing recruiting processes from intake through hire with minimal oversight.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, construction, engineering, manufacturing, water/wastewater roles is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn for passive candidates.
• Experience working with hiring managers and managing multiple searches.
• Strong ATS experience; Lever is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through hire.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role, expectations, compensation, and timeline.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen candidates and provide concise summaries to managers.
• Manage interview scheduling and ensure everyone has necessary information.
• Follow up for feedback and next steps to advance the process.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in Lever.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to build relationships.
• Identify roadblocks early and communicate proactively.
• Follow established recruiting processes while adapting to business needs.
