Job summary

WaterBridge in Houston, TX is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across corporate, technical, and field operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and executives to move requisitions from intake to offer and onboarding.

You will build scalable sourcing pipelines, drive high-volume field hires, and improve recruiting processes, metrics, and candidate experience while ensuring compliance with EEO, OFCCP, ADA, FCRA and I-9 requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for corporate/professional and field/hourly roles.
• Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, ADA, FCRA, I-9 and related regulations.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and executives.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle corporate and technical recruiting across multiple functions.
• Manage requisitions end to end and run intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Screen, shortlist, and present calibrated candidate slates with rationale.
• Coordinate interview loops and drive offers in partnership with HR and Total Rewards.
• Deliver high-volume field & operations hiring and build pipelines for recurring roles.
