Flowtec Group in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive client engagement and talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment. You will craft compelling job ads, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to fill client roles efficiently.

You will screen candidates, build strong relationships with external clients, and collaborate with Business Managers to understand client needs. This role emphasizes sales performance and recruitment excellence.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The motivation and determination to succeed in a sales environment.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking for talent attraction.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for our clients’ positions in engineering, manufacturing & technical sales.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Write compelling job ads to attract top talent.
• Work closely with our Business Managers to understand our clients’ needs and fill their positions quickly and effectively.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating salary packages.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients.
