This position requires working on-site 5 days a week in our Irving, TX office.

What you'll do:
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through hire, including job description development, posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination.

  • Conduct initial candidate screens and provide hiring managers with concise, relevant candidate summaries and recommendations.
  • Manage interview scheduling and ensure candidates and hiring managers have the information they need before each interview.
  • Drive the hiring process forward by following up with hiring managers for feedback, next steps, interview availability, and decisions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process, including when hiring manager feedback or decisions are pending.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously across different companies, functions, locations, and levels.
  • Initiate and manage candidate background checks and coordinate any required pre-employment steps.
  • Prepare and manage offers, including coordinating internal approvals and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information in Lever, our ATS.
  • Ensure recruiting activity, interview feedback, candidate status, and other required information is documented accurately.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership at all levels while building strong, professional relationships.
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and proactively communicate issues rather than waiting for them to become problems.
  • Follow established recruiting processes while also being comfortable adapting when business needs change.
What you’ll navigate:
  • A niche talent landscape, particularly for positions requiring water/wastewater, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or related industry experience.
  • Limited candidate pools in certain markets, requiring creativity, persistence, and the ability to think beyond traditional job boards.
  • Multiple hiring managers with different communication styles, expectations, and levels of recruiting experience.
  • A fast-growing organization where priorities can shift quickly and new positions may be added frequently.
  • Recruiting across multiple UFT companies and functions, requiring the ability to quickly understand different businesses, roles, and hiring needs.
  • Competing priorities where strong time management, organization, and follow-through are essential.
  • The need to balance speed with a high-quality candidate experience and thorough recruiting process.
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience managing recruiting processes from intake through hire with minimal oversight
  • Experience recruiting for industrial, construction, engineering, manufacturing, water/wastewater, or other technical roles is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and managing multiple searches simultaneously
