Echodyne seeks a Recruiter II for a 6-9 month engagement in Kirkland, WA. The role focuses on hands-on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining ATS systems and recruiting workflows to keep the talent function efficient.

The candidate will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers, manage cycle stages, and contribute to employer branding and outreach that reflect Echodyne's culture and values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes.
• Proven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive efficient, high-quality hiring.
• Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams for a positive experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support headcount tracking and requisition management.
