Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and provide HR support across core functions at our Pittsburgh location.

The role requires 2-5 years of recruiting experience in varied industries, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ATS (ADP WFN). Travel may be required occasionally, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
