Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Casa Grande, AZ to support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruiting and onboarding, manage HRIS/ADP data, and help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate interview schedules with department managers.

Perform ADP data entry tasks (salary, supervisor, terminations).
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
Draft letters and HR documents; route correspondence.
Plan and prepare for meetings; gather documents and logistics.
Assist with HR projects, reports and audits; provide admin support.
