Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring with a focus on ADP Recruiting Management (ADP-RM).

Under the Director of Employee Services, you will post openings, screen applicants, coordinate with managers, schedule interviews, and drive candidate experience while building strong partnerships across the organization. You will mentor hiring managers, generate analytics, support onboarding, and support recruitment marketing at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in professional recruiting or HR.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS, preferably ADP/ADP RM.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles including ILCs; post openings and screen applicants.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule and conduct interviews; develop structured interview guides.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, maintain compliance, and improve candidate experience.
