• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• iCIMS Talent Platform experience preferred.
• Navigate top job boards and social media effectively.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, drive, and self-starter mindset.
• Proficient communication skills, professional demeanor.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key leaders to network and referrals.
• Drive full life-cycle recruitment for corporate positions via iCIMS.
• Handle candidate and client feedback processes.
• Facilitate the offer process with required approvals.
• Participate in recruiting events.
• Provide weekly status reports to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
• Perform other HR-related duties.
• Respond to and post job requisitions within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with HR to fulfill recruitment objectives.
