Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Recruiter for the Support Center to own full-cycle recruitment across corporate teams, including Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Supply Chain. You will lead strategic sourcing, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help build a strong talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and comfort partnering with hiring managers. Travel up to 10% and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience filling high-volume roles.
• Comfortable advising operations partners throughout the hiring process.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle for Support Center roles, including phone screens, assessments, interview scheduling, and offers.
• Collaborate with managers to understand role requirements and team goals.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using social media, job boards, referrals, and partnerships.
• Utilize HARRI and other tools to manage requisitions and metrics.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain timely communication.
