GTI Fabrication in Buffalo, NY seeks a Recruiter to own full lifecycle hiring for roles across manufacturing and operations. You will partner with managers to understand needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers and onboarding to help meet hiring goals.

This on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and experience in high-volume recruiting across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
• Experience in recruiting for multiple locations and multiple states.
• Familiarity with job boards and HR-specific systems.
• Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and meet goals.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across open roles.
• Foster relationships using a candidate database for open positions.
• Design, refine, and implement recruitment strategies with leadership.
• Post job descriptions on relevant platforms and social media.
• Develop relationships to understand department hiring needs and job specs.
• Conduct onboarding for new employees on their first day.
• Collaborate on building a robust onboarding program.
• Screen resumes and manage candidates from interview to offer.
• Maintain candidate records including active, passive, hired, and fired.
