Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for manufacturing in a 3+ month contract. This remote U.S. role requires handling full-cycle, high-volume manufacturing recruiting for a New York customer, partnering with managers to fill technical and leadership roles.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews, writing descriptions, and onboarding support. Candidates must have 2+ years in recruiting and strong sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience required.
• Experience hiring across technical and leadership levels.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• ATS and Microsoft Office experience; excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates; support onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews and share regular pipeline updates and metrics.
• Support candidate engagement and employer branding while following employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and updating candidate files.
