Job summary

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is seeking a highly organized Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead hiring from sourcing to offer and placement. This onsite role supports five facilities across New York and works closely with hiring managers, executives, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will conduct phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews, manage ATS, coordinate interview schedules, track activity, and provide regular updates to leadership. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is seeking a highly organized, proactive Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead hiring from initial sourcing through offer and placement. This onsite role supports hiring across five facilities throughout New York State and works closely with hiring managers, executives, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from job opening through hire.
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening, including phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, resume databases, social media, networking, referrals, and direct or head-hunting efforts.
• Review applications and resumes to determine which candidates meet position requirements.
• Present qualified candidates and resumes to hiring managers for consideration.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide timely status updates throughout the process.
• Follow up with hiring managers regarding candidate submissions and interviews completed.
• Track candidate activity to ensure applicants are not overlooked during hiring.
• Provide regular updates to executives and hiring managers on open roles, candidate pipelines, interview activity, and recruiting progress.
• Develop a detailed understanding of each role, including job responsibilities, required skills and qualifications, work environment, schedule, and compensation.
• Assess staffing needs in collaboration with hiring managers to anticipate future vacancies and additional recruiting support.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming openings.
• Attend job fairs, career events, networking events, and other recruiting activities as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date applicant tracking and recruiting records.
• Assist with reference checks, pre-employment requirements, offer processes, and other recruiting-related tasks.
• Identify recruiting challenges and communicate potential issues or delays proactively.
• Support other daily HR functions as needed, including updating policies and procedures, preparing company memos and communications, data entry and filing, company event planning, and related administrative work.

Required Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and direct or head-hunting.
• Experience conducting phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization with exceptional follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple recruiting activities.
• Demonstrated follow-through and accountability from first contact through hire.
• Comfort communicating with candidates, hiring managers, executives, and employees at all levels.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand different positions, departments, and business operations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
• Comfortable aligning recruiting efforts across five facilities and their unique staffing needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: USD 60,000 - 68,000 per year, based on experience.
