Addison Group in Houston seeks a results-driven Recruiter to own the full cycle of high-volume filling for engineering and professional roles in the energy sector. You will partner with hiring managers, manage 20–30+ requisitions, source actively, interview candidates, and drive offers through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing 20–30+ requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proven ability to source and recruit through multiple channels.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with competing requisitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Handle 20–30+ active requisitions with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess fit to job requirements and needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Communicate progress and candidate experience throughout the process.
• Oversee offer negotiations, background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Track activity, pipeline status and hiring metrics for stakeholders.
