Job summary

SRM seeks a proactive Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Development, Construction and Property Management. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive a high-quality hiring process from intake through onboarding.

You’ll lead recruiting operations, improve processes, and collaborate with Marketing for employer branding. This office-based role requires 0–10% travel in the Spokane area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, pre-employment, and onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on role and market.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networks.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding handoffs.
• Improve interview guides, templates, and recruiting tools.
• Track metrics on time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and offers.
