Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate evaluations; manage onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, support benefits, compliance, and HR reporting.
