Job summary

Advanced G.P.R. Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Construction Recruiter / HR Generalist to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding, and to build a strong pipeline of talent for complex construction roles.

The ideal candidate combines creativity and persistence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, and will implement innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job postings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades recruiting preferred.
• ATS/CRM experience (Zoho Recruit preferred).
• Employment branding and social media recruiting experience.
• Experience with Handshake, career fairs, employee referral programs, and passive sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, industry associations, referrals, networking, trade schools, and military programs.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates before openings.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate hiring managers, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
• Develop employment branding and recruiting marketing initiatives.
• Attend hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results.
