Job summary

NCW, based in Vinings, GA, is seeking an experienced recruiter to guide talented people toward their next opportunity. You will be the career mentor and liaison between candidates and account representatives, directly impacting growth and lives.

Your day will cover full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, negotiations, and post-placement follow-up. You’ll manage a robust talent pipeline in our ATS/CRM and strive to hit weekly and monthly production goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interpersonal skills and confidence in negotiating.
• Creativity to develop unique sourcing strategies as it pertains to each role.
• Independence + willingness to take initiative.
• Competency with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM software to manage a talent pipeline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
• Demonstrated experience with high-volume cold-calling and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding and negotiations of employment terms.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms to maintain a steady flow of talent into your pipeline.
• Screen candidates and make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and role fit.
• Prepare and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Facilitate skill assessments and background verifications for incoming talent.
• Conduct post-placement evaluations and complete administrative documentation as needed.
• Manage your pipeline of qualified candidates through our ATS/CRM and related systems.
• Maintain a pre-determined level of recruiting activity to hit weekly and monthly production goals.
