You will source, screen, and hire qualified candidates, build a strong candidate pipeline, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with employment laws while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with experience in both corporate and hourly roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, particularly in hourly roles where quick integration is essential.
  • Assist in promoting the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and proactively recommend new strategies to attract top talent.

Minimum Qualifications
