Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly positions across multiple New York locations. You will partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and ensure timely decisions, while building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.

The role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and experience with ATS systems like Workday and Excel. Based onsite in NY with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting for high-volume roles.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use recruiting data for business decisions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel; Workday preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with unionized environments is preferred.
