Job summary

You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies. Experience with ATS systems is preferred; a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree or higher a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates meeting qualifications
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview prep and post-interview feedback
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure
