You will partner with hiring managers, craft engaging job descriptions, and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers, with a strong focus on candidate experience and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR.
• Experience sourcing candidates through resume databases, social networks, and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead intake meetings to clarify role expectations and hiring goals.
• Create market-ready job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
• Post positions across online boards, career sites, and niche channels.
• Source candidates via resume databases, LinkedIn, networks, and tools.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who fit requirements.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationships.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews between candidates and managers.
• Manage candidate communication and timely status updates.
• Facilitate offers and prepare documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with professionalism.
