Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor, is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract and assess talent. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to build strong pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You will manage high-volume requisitions across multiple departments, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and extend offers. Experience with Workday ATS is a plus; excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter or in a Human Resources role.
• Experience managing a high volume of requisitions and competing deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead intake meetings to clarify role expectations, qualifications, and hiring goals.
• Create clear, market-ready job descriptions and post positions across channels.
• Source qualified candidates through resume databases, LinkedIn and networks.
• Screen candidates via phone, coordinate interviews and scheduling, and manage offers.
