NCW is hiring a recruiter to help sustain our growth trajectory in Vinings, GA. You will act as a career mentor and liaison between talent and account representatives, managing the full recruiting cycle and onboarding when needed.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive placement decisions using your judgment and the candidates’ experience. A high-volume, commission-based compensation structure is offered along with strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source using multiple tools to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
• Screen candidates and make placement decisions based on fit.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and schedule sessions.
• Facilitate skill assessments and background verifications.
• Maintain ATS records and hit weekly/monthly targets.
