The role emphasizes end-to-end recruiting, strong communication, and meticulous data management within our ATS to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hires.

Formación

• Experience as a Recruiter or in talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through various channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants and teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
