Turnkey is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical and business roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers to move fast while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll build systems, strengthen our employer brand, and create a foundation that scales with Turnkey’s rapid growth. This high-impact role thrives in a fast-paced environment and values tight processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of closing candidates for technical and business roles.
• Highly organized, systems-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong professionalism.
• Interest in startups, technology, and helping people find meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Manage searches end-to-end: source, screen, interview, and close top candidates across departments.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand role needs and align processes.
• Source creatively to identify talent beyond traditional channels.
• Own candidate experience from first touch through close, reflecting Turnkey’s standards.
• Maintain organized data and reporting within the ATS.
• Forecast hiring needs with leadership and define hiring plans.
• Strengthen Turnkey’s employer brand through storytelling and messaging.
• Refine recruiting processes to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of hire.
• Experiment, measure, and improve; help build a recruiting engine to scale.
