LandEarly is seeking a recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process, from intake to offer. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews across open roles, helping the team scale with speed and care.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage a high-volume pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Experience in fast-paced environments and proficiency with ATS tools are valuable as we build a growing, product-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for a range of roles in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, from intake through offer
• Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and inbound applications
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a timely, positive candidate experience
• Track pipeline activity and candidate status, and report on hiring progress
