Job summary

Home Health Care, Inc. + Family of Businesses is seeking a driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team in the Twin Cities area.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for caregivers, nurses, therapists, and office staff, helping our family of companies deliver high-quality home health services. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and offers, and contribute to refined onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals.
• A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal.
• Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
• Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
• Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
• Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes
