Ethos in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Home Care Recruiter for a full-time, direct-hire role. This in-office position demands building a caregiver pipeline (RNs, CNAs, HHAs), screening resumes, and coordinating interviews across multiple hiring managers.

Requirements include at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting with caregiver/home care focus, knowledge of federal/state employment laws, strong communication, social media recruiting and event attendance, plus MS Office proficiency.
