Ethos in Fairfield, CT is seeking a Home Health Recruiter for a full-time, direct-hire position to develop a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs. The role requires in-office work and involves screening resumes, conducting phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, and coordinating interview schedules for several hiring managers.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience with caregiver recruiting emphasis and knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
