Job summary

Home Health Care, Inc. + Family of Businesses in Golden Valley, MN, is seeking a driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our family of healthcare brands. You will manage advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and offers for caregivers, nurses, therapists, and office staff.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to optimize processes, set hiring metrics, and improve onboarding. Prior recruiting experience and healthcare background are valued; local, in-office role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week.
• Experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition is preferred.
• A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for home care caregivers and select additional roles.
• Advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and offering candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and hiring processes.
• Make recommendations to improve onboarding procedures for each brand.

Position Summary: Our team is searching for a driven and energetic Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team! We support a family of businesses that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving health care services at home and in facilities. If you have prior experience recruiting Caregivers, Nurses, Therapists, and other office staff,

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
• Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
• Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
• Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes
