Job summary

Addepar is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our R&D recruiting team on a 12-month project basis. You will own full-cycle recruitment for complex R&D roles, with a focus on AI initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Data.

You will partner with another R&D recruiter to share workload and maintain high standards of candidate experience and process consistency. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for complex R&D roles in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles, or quick to get up to speed on that talent market and its sourcing channels.
• Collaborates effectively with a small team covering shared territory and communicates proactively.
• Able to influence decisions with data and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles—from intake through offer—with high-quality sourcing and rigorous technical screening.
• Partner with other R&D recruiters to divide load and maintain consistent processes.
• Recruit for AI initiatives and develop sourcing strategies for a fast-moving talent market.
• Use metrics and market insight to advise on pipeline health and competitive positioning.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage passive, niche technical talent.
• Lead calibration sessions with hiring managers to refine requirements and interview bar.
• Identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks to keep hiring efficient and professional.
• Represent Addepar's mission and technical challenges to candidates across R&D.
