Job summary

TRUEWERK is seeking an in-house full-cycle Recruiter who will own the day-to-day talent acquisition process from posting jobs to signed offers. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while keeping ATS data clean and actionable.

You’ll balance structure with flexibility, drive outbound sourcing, conduct screens, create interview plans, and collaborate with executive leadership on offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience moving candidates through hiring process across multiple roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand role needs and pipelines.
• Strong candidate communication skills and familiarity with ATS.
• Familiarity with US/Colorado hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Refine job descriptions and develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Own outbound sourcing and build candidate pipelines.
• Review applications, screen, and advance qualified candidates.
• Develop structured interview plans and scorecards.
• Lead hiring team meetings and provide pipeline updates.
• Deliver offers and coordinate negotiations.
• Manage job postings across ATS and channels.
• Coordinate interviews, references, and background checks.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and day-to-day administration.
• Track recruiting metrics and communicate trends.
• Train hiring managers on tools and processes.
