Job summary

ABR Employment Services is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offers and onboarding—serving Green Bay and surrounding communities. You’ll build robust talent pipelines, coach candidates, and maintain proactive communication with clients to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

You will partner with local businesses, community organizations, and education partners to understand hiring needs, while promoting ABR’s mission of connecting

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and hiring best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who enjoys helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients through coaching and communication.
• Develop talent pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
• Partner with Green Bay area businesses to understand hiring needs and connect them with talent.
• Be a visible ABR ambassador in the community and with employers, candidates, and schools.
