Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an energetic Field Recruiter in Flint, MI to manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, post openings on multiple platforms, and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

You will conduct interviews, coordinate background checks, extend offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or other customer facing role and a desire to learn.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Strong computer experience and aptitude.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills including handling stressful situations diplomatically.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Demonstrable time management and organization skills.
• Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms and use sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Extend offers and facilitate onboarding, ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Participate in job fairs and networking to expand the talent pipeline.
