Job summary

Frazier Industrial Company in New Jersey is seeking a full-time HR Specialist/Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across departments in an in-office setting. The ideal candidate will source, screen, interview, and close candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience and metrics.

You will partner with hiring managers, stay updated on market trends, ensure policy compliance, and support general HR initiatives as needed to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Experience in corporate or agency environments is preferred.
• Strong in-office collaboration with hiring managers and teams.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and positive candidate experience.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics.
• Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies.
