Job summary

This position includes comprehensive HR support, full-cycle recruiting, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 3-5 years of relevant experience. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, transitioning to full-time after successful completion of 90 days. A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or technology-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations including payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance to employees and managers.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
