Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years recruitment experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution of the full cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position and ideal candidate profile.
• Identify, recruit and engage candidates through outbound sourcing to fill roles promptly.
• Review candidate experience, education, training and qualifications against the profile.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain a robust talent funnel across opportunities.
• Oversee screening and interview scheduling coordination.
• Represent the employer brand for talent recruitment.
