Job summary

Gateway First Bank seeks an ambitious Consumer Lending Account Manager to recruit and sign contractor partners, drive adoption of financing solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing support. This role operates in a highly entrepreneurial environment with minimal lead support.

Ideal candidates have strong consumer lending experience, especially in home improvement financing, and excellent communication skills to engage contractors and their sales teams

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in consumer lending, especially home improvement lending policies, procedures, and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging contractors and their sales teams.
• Ability to develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, recruits, and signs contractor partners in the Oklahoma City market.
• Manages contractor relationships and ensure they actively offer our financing solutions.
• Owns the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, closing, and ongoing account management.
• Operates as a self starter with minimal lead support in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Participates in the department hiring, promotion, and review process while managing, mentoring, and improving support staff performance. Coaches and develops team to ensure we are meeting the needs of the company.
• Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
