Job summary

Gateway seeks a Consumer Lending Account Manager to identify and recruit contractor partners, driving adoption of financing solutions in the market. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management, operating with minimal lead support in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Requires extensive consumer lending experience, especially in home improvement financing, and strong relationship-building and presentation skills to engage contractor sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of Consumer Lending or equivalent experience.
• Consumer lending experience required, ideally within home improvement financing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and sign contractor partners in the Oklahoma City market.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure they actively offer our financing solutions.
• Owns the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, closing, and ongoing account management.
• Operate as a self starter with minimal lead support in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Participates in the department hiring, promotion, and review process while managing, mentoring, and improving support staff performance.
• Coaches and develops team to ensure we are meeting the needs of the company.
• Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
