Gateway First Bank in Iowa is seeking a Consumer Lending Account Manager to recruit contractor partners and drive adoption of our home improvement financing solutions across the Cedar Rapids market.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with minimal lead support, coordinating with contractors, and building strong partner relationships within a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Consumer Lending specifically in Home Improvement Lending policies, procedures, and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging contractors and their sales teams.
• Ability to develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, recruits, and signs contractor partners in the market.
• Manages contractor relationships and ensure they actively offer our financing solutions.
• Owns the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, closing, and ongoing account management.
• Operates as a self starter with minimal lead support.
