Atoms in San Francisco is actively seeking a Recruiter to own Transport Operations recruiting. You will partner with operations leadership to define requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and build pipelines that keep our physical systems moving.

We require 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing instincts, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with a white-glove candidate experience. This onsite role offers competitive base pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related functions.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Exceptional communication and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment with metrics.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple open requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for transport operations roles—from intake through close.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations leads to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates for operational competency and cultural fit, with structured feedback.
• Design and iterate interview processes to predict on-the-job performance.
• Negotiate and close offers with comp benchmarking and approval workflows.
• Track pipeline health and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvement.
• Represent Atoms's mission and culture to candidates.
