• Own the full recruiting process for specialized engineering and technical positions across the South region.
• Maintain qualified pipelines aligned with current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and market constraints.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and track sourcing metrics to refine approaches.
