Job summary

UES is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the Southeast Region's growth. You will partner with regional leadership, execute full-cycle recruiting, and build pipelines for critical roles across multiple geographies, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong Employer Brand.

The role requires 4+ years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS platforms, and the ability to travel up to 20%. On-site in the Southeast region in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms; Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse a plus.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to relate to diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Leadership to understand workforce needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-volume roles across geographies.
• Leverage job boards, social media, talent databases, networking events, and referrals.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience as a brand ambassador.
