Job summary

Novus Foods is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Cincinnati, OH to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, drive the interview process, and own onboarding experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or regulated industries, with strong communication and high-volume sourcing experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment in manufacturing or similar regulated industry preferred
• Direct experience in sourcing entry-level to mid-senior roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with passive sourcing using LinkedIn and other search engines
• Self-motivated and independent with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS data.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external staffing agencies when needed.
• Support background check process for new hires.
• Build relationships with passive talent pools for future needs.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs and metrics.
