Sterling Engineering is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to work closely with leadership teams to drive hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of in-house recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, various medical plans, and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience required.
• Manufacturing industry recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for corporate roles from entry-level to Senior Director level.

• Partner with HR teams to develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and screen qualified candidates for corporate positions.
