This role manages recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and new hire experience, and coordinates our bi-weekly orientation program with leaders and SMEs to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and technical positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and schools.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews and plant visits.
• Coordinate logistics for bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program.
• Manage onboarding materials, schedules, and participant communications.
